I used this recipe minus the meat. I took some mushrooms I had and put them in the food processor so they looked a little like ground meat.

roast garlic and zucchini soup from by cookbook
baked ziti
cinnamon buns and muffins
bagels, cream cheese and lox
cantelope, blueberries, strawberries
OJ, lemonade, water, ice coffee.

Tuna salad, roasted potatoes, fresh salad, fruit, leftover cinnamon coffee cake from shabbos, tea. How does everyone have time to make homemade xyz? lol! I dont have the energy to even lift my head!

For immediately after the fast, homemade vanilla pudding and some orange juice.

For afterwards, probably pasta or bagels -- something quick and easy.

It happens every year; dh anxious there won't b enough 2 eat, then can't even look at food after 4 bites. So instead of slaving in kitchen preparing various fresh entrees, I make sure 2 save the leftovers throughout the 9 days in freezr. it sounds tempting enogh when stomach's r growling, and I don't feel so bad when most of it stays over.
Ill have fresh fruit, storebought cake, lentil soup, cheese shlishkes, fish, potatoes, spinach, maybe fruit soup... There's always yogurt+wheat germ+blueberries... Am I a terrible wife?

Brake the fast on:
Summer fruit soup

and Ice coffee

Dinner:

Baked Salmon
Mashed potatoes
