What can you tell me about this community? Looking for info on hashkafa, type of families, if there are anglo families, what kind of housing are available and costs to rent, school option (boys and girls), what are amenities like shopping and public transportation, can you commute to north tel aviv? are tjere going to be interviews to live there? is it close to arab area? tia.

From what I know of yad binyamin, houses, to buy, are very expensive. We were told that starting prices are over $500,000. The community is Torani Leumi.

It's a nice community.. mostly chardal and dati.. lots of English-speakers, a good number of South Africans. We have friends there and they love it.... they bought their house on paper a few years ago, so they paid a decent price for it, but now he prices have gone up a lot. Our friends are happy with the schools and ganim for their kids.

There weren't many rentals (that's why we quit looking there) and the rentals that were out there were expensive.

My friend is renting there & loves it. She would love to buy but she said it's too expensive but she really LOVES the people there-she said they are just so geniune & there are lots of Anglos but not exclusively Anglos!
