Thighs rubbing against each other

If I spend too much time outside, my thighs rub each other and it hurts me to walk. I was thinking wearing shorts under my skirt would be the simplest solution. Any other ideas?

What type of shorts are best for this?

I am going on vacation in a week so I dont think I have enough time to order online. I can get to target, modells, kohls, and anywhere in Flatbush.

Yes! Biking shorts. Champion makes a great one they call 9-inch powerliner. Try ordering from one hands place or.champion .com. Target might have it.

My GP told me to apply Hydrocortisone 3 times a day. It helps.

I recommend wearing only 100% cotton. Spanx or other materials will not breathe and will contribute to the problem. You want to let the area breathe as much as possible or you can get a yeast infection which can be very hard to get rid of. It provides the perfect conditions for yeast growth (dark, warm and wet). When you sleep don't wear underwear or pyjama pants, just a losse ftting cotton night gown. Enjoy your vacation!

I wear shorts every day and leggings in the winter

Try talcum powder. It is less hot.

I wear shorts, I don't find them to be hot at all. I prefer shorts over cortisone or other chemicals that I don't thinnk are necessary.

theres this new prodcut on the market by gold bond friction defense its a deoderant style stick you rub btw your legs and I am a shorts wearing person and I am using this and I don't need the shorts so much!
