Constant Contact help

I hope someone here is very familiar with Constant Contact. I work for an organization who uses it regularly and is having a problem and asked me to help troubleshoot it. The web stuff isn't my department (mine is print) and I don't know a lot about it.

This is the problem:

Certain graphics don't display in Windows Live Mail or Outlook Express emails.

Some of our users (seemingly those using OE or Live Mail) receive a mailing and one of the graphics displays as a Red X even with graphics turned on. Other users receive it and the graphic shows fine. And for those users who have the problem, it is only with certain graphics in certain of our emails; other ones are fine for them too. Where should we be looking to fix this? These users have images turned on, and again, some of our emails show the images and some don't, and only for some users.

Any clues as to what to look for would be very helpful.
