If you own a license to XP, it should be available through Windows Update. If you don't own a license to XP you cannot legally install it.
There is a link here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=28 intended for IT professionals and developers downloading and installing on multiple computers on a network. At that link it says that if you're updating just one computer, please visit Windows Update.
