This chicken looks sooooo good and EASY that I just had to share! If anyone makes it, please let me know how it comes out!

1/2 cup of dijon mustard
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
6 chicken thighs
fresh rosemary

I'll try it! I am so tired of our same-old same-old chicken. Only, I bought cutlets, not thighs. I hope it'll still be good!

Looks great - vinegar with roast chicken is always a win (ACV+chicken+sweet potatoes=super yum also)

Basically looks like honey mustard chicken with rosemary, but with maple syrup instead of the honey.

I make honey mustard chicken all the time, but with bone in and I guess it looks along the same lines, however - this has a twist with the maple which is different than honey, and the dijon mustard which is a bit spicier than reg, and vinegar which I never put in my honey mustard chicken. ill let everyone know the results after shabbat.

apple cider is best substitute, I think regular would be ok.. you can use red wine, but its more acidic I think
