| How does one go about setting up a fund from American and Canadian donors to benefit a family that lives in Israel???? Thanks!

| Your donors will want to deduct their contributions on their tax returns. As such, you need to apply to the IRS for tax-exemption using application Form 1023. There is a plethora of information on irs.gov as to how to apply for an EIN, apply for tax exemption, etc.
