I have a cousin called Andrew who is mid-20s but most of the Jewish Andrews I know are more of my parents' generation. I don't know any little boys with the name, but if I liked the name that is all the more reason I would go with it!

I don't think it is Christian sounding at all. I'm from the UK and there are Christians of all ages named David after the patron saint of Wales. Doesn't seem to have stopped it from being one of the most popular Jewish names though!

Alexander you can make into his Jewish name too, which is cool.
