I cut up zucchini, big portabello mushrooms, fat onion rings & red peppers and let them marinate in olive oil, lemon & spices. I grill them on the bbq & they're amazing.

For dessert, we always grill pineapple rings or peaches & serve w/ vanilla ice cream. Grilled Bananas are good too.

Also, slice bananas in half, stuff with marshmallows and chocolate chips and wrap in foil. Grill for 15 minutes.

When we do a BBQ we have kabobs, chicken wings, burgers, hot dogs, fresh salad, cut up veggies, cole slaw, corn salad, potato salad, french fries, watermelon, and ices for dessert.
Last BBQ I made (Pesach) we put pineapple on the meat kabobs and it was really delicious!
I prefer to cook meat over chicken because of the raw factor, meat is more forgiving (rare steak anyone?  )
