Are there rules of giving constructive criticism (like when to share vs when to refrain from sharing feedback)?
I organized an event recently and was disappointed in the way it was poorly managed by the vendor and the accompanying errors.
I shared both my thoughts of the successes and disappointments with the manager at the time of payment (final contact). My DH felt that to share at that time was futile and unnecessary.
