Anyone ever make some type of recipe that uses cut up chicken cutlets with a peanut type sauce or a cashew chicken type recipe?
I one time made it and I misplaced the recipe..I haven't got the faintest clue of where I clipped it from..and I got in the mood of making something like it again...

The first Dining In cookbook has a cashew chicken recipe that I've made. Unfortunately I don't have the cookbook or recipe otherwise I would post for you.

Yay! It's one of our favorites, too. DH would it eat several times a week it I let him.
