Wilton's book mold

I bought the Wilton book mold for my son's chumash seudah. Anyone familiar with the size, I.e. have a cake recipe compatible for this size pan?

Is it the single or the double? The single takes a single cake mix, or regular (9x13 size) recipe. The double takes twice as much.

I have the pan and love it!

General guideline is to fill 2/3, so if you aren't sure, make a double batch and you can always turn the extras into cupcakes Wink

Side point, with an uneven pan, it helps to turn the temperature down a little and bake for slightly longer so that it bakes evenly.

my mother makes 4 recipes for it, 2 for the pan one for each 9x13 pan she layers the book on top of the two 9x13 pans. Otherwise the end pieces are pretty stingy. Also, Line the bottom with generous amounts of Pam and parchment paper cut to size.

I used 3 Dunkin Hines cake mixes. Came out great. Thanks for all your help!
