some ideas for dinners that most people like:

-homemade pizza
-lasagna, mac and cheese, baked ziti...
-chicken wraps (can put out everything in little bowls on the table and everyone makes their own dep. on taste)
-hamburgers
-spaghetti and meatballs

Can you barbecue? Hot dogs, burgers, chicken skewers, corn on the cob, buns and salad?

not sure how picky your grand children are but my kids are 2 and 4.5 they eat grilled chicken quarters or cuttlets cornflake breaded chicken legs , they eat roast chicken broiled duck sauce almost anyway you make it as long as I cut it up for them. soups the trick here is knaidlach or croutons chicken or meatball soups are a favorite and requested by my 4.5 yr old burger and meatballs or meat sauce work from ground meat. We are not big dairy people but they eat falafel balls and find it fun to fill pita with various cut veggies I do sep. bowls of veg and pita with either shwarma or falafel served with fries or rice and roasted veggies.
what does your family normally eat
