Outlook 2010

Does anyone work with Outlook 2010? For some reason the emails in the in-box keep disappearing after they are read. I spent hours on on-line forums trying to fix the problem, but I wasn't successful. I need it to show me all inbox emails (from previous weeks/days) as well until I move them to files. Now they seem to be just disappearing. I've looked in deleted mail as well, but they aren't there either. HELP!

I don't know for sure, but did you check the archive settings? The emails may be set to archive as soon as they are read.

no, I'm not sure, but you may want to check your archive folder, and go into the tools menu and find the archive set up, because you may have it set up to archive as read.

At the top left there's a little drop-down box that says, "Show all messages." It can be set to "Show all unread messages" - see if that's checked. If it is, your read messages won't show.
