How did you (or your DH) network? Where did you find your job? What kind of hours/pay/benefits do you have? How long did it take you to find your job? Did you look locally, or also out of state/country? What kind of law do you practice in?

(I don't need to hear how bad/difficult the job market is and how people are graduating without jobs. I want to hear about the jobs/job searching that are/is successful)

How many years expereince do you have or are you just graduating? Are you looking for in house or a firm? or the government?

Asking for my DH--he's a rising 3l, interested in tax, IP and litigation, but will take anything, pretty much anywhere. Has had some good internships and some connections, but nothing actually lined up.

He's been working on trying to figure out where to focus his energy in the upcoming year, and I figured I would ask here, given that there are people who have done the same thing (albeit, as mothers, not as fathers).
