I love to have my freezer full for busy days when I need to just pull out dinner.
I freeze most foods cooked but I'm thinking is it possible to freeze quiche raw it's crustless. My concern is that the eggs will sink to the bottom? (It's a spinach quiche)

| my mom does this sometimes. she assembles the (mushroom) quiche in the crust wiht the cheese and veggies. she covers it well and freezes it. then when she wants to use it she lets it defrost and makes the batter then, and pours it over and bakes it. you can never tell any difference....

so I'd have to defrost it first I hear.
Ok maybe I will just under cook it then cuz don't know that I always have time to defrost it completely.
Like it freezer to oven directly.
