need a good yummi and easy recipe for quinua

This is a "stir fry" flavor quinoa:
Saute onions, peppers, and peel in carrot strips if you want.
Splash in a bit of soy sauce.
That's it!

Or you can saute onions and mushrooms,
Really any veggie goes

Sometimes I make quinoa salad without a recipe: just chop up veggies (I like scallions, grape tomatoes, colorful pepper, and persian cucumbers), add to quinoa and season with fresh squeezed lemon, olive oil, salt & pepper
