I have breast milk in the freezer for about 8 months.. Do u think I can still use it? Defrosting now.. Use or throw away?

I wouldn't use it. Most places I've seen say 3-4 months in a regular freezer, longer in a deep freezer.

If you google it you can for sure find other charts. Lansinoh prints them on their milk storage bags, babycenter.com most probably has one, etc..

It's probably fine BUT the nutritional makeup of breastmilk that was appropriate for your baby 8 months ago is NOT the nutritional makeup that s/he needs now.

No - you are right - I suppose (but then how does breast milk feed two babies who tandem feed ?)

However it wont do the baby any harm, unless she were exclusively breastfeeding. I assume an 8-10 month old has some other food too.
