I don't know what a "Mimi's Looks" sheitel is but let me tell you my experience.
I bought a long sheitel when I first got married, top quality, 20 or so inches, beautiful silky unprocessed hair, at a hefty price of $3,800
I just went with my friend to Lakewood today to buy a fall. I couldn't find one that I liked so I went with her to a 2nd hand store and found a GORGOUS long long straight hair shaitel, also unprocessed soft hair, only a year old and I of course grabbed it for a wapping price of $300!!!!!!! (Yes, three HUNDRED, NOT thousand).
It is as beautiful as my $3,800 one and I couldn't be happier. It is even a bit longer than my Shabbos 20" one.
Let me know if you want the names of places where I bought these sheitels.

Is this the Mazali you wrote about in your reply on the other thread? I hope it lasts you yrs but it's not worth considerably more than you paid. Full price on the website is $625 but they often go on sale.

This particular one was purchased at $1,100 new.
I too hope it lasts and it seems to be of very good quality.
