All purpose baking mix?????

I want to make the baby blintzes from KBD and they call for all purpose baking mix (bisquick)
I'm pretty sure bisquick is oud, are there any other brands that are cholov yisroel,
or how can I make that mix myself?

the gluten free bisquick is mk parve. Its more expensive, about 4.50 a box, but works well.

I'm pretty sure there are recipes for making your own bisquick mix on allrecipes.com.
I have one which I'll post here but I've never made it so don't know how it is:
