I have a 2 lb bag of frozen cauliflower florets. I'm looking to make a soup with the whole bag.
I recently made a blended soup with cauliflower, potatoes and chicken soup mix, but it was pretty bland (Maybe because it called for parsnips which I couldn't find). I'm looking for somehting more flavorful.

I fry an onion, add a whole bag of cauliflower and a whole bag of broccoli, one or two potatoes and whatever extra spices you want and blend. It comes out very yummy. _________________ Wise men talk because they have something to say; fools, because they have to say something. -Plato

You can make the delicious cauliflower soup recipe from Dining In. Fabulous.
2 Tbsp oil
1 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 large zucchini, peeled and sliced
1 lb. frozen cauliflower
1 Tbsp salt
dash of white or black pepper
Heat oil in a 4 quart pot. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add zucchini, cauliflower, salt and pepper. Add water to just cover the vegetables. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Blend with a hand blender until smooth and creamy.
Double the recipe and use an 8 quart pot for your 2 lb. bag of cauliflower. _________________ Really Awesome Mom!
