How can you guarantee they will only use it for learning purposes?
Potential buyers must be made aware that it isn't legal to freely use the software.

| As far as Adobe is concerned, it is your problem, not the buyer's. It is not whether or not the buyer can use the programs, but that you are not allowed to sell them on the computer unless you completely transfer the licenses to the buyer which must be done through Adobe.
