| aaaah- I made one of the recipes here for frosting- margarine based - last night, and I thought I was supposed to refridgerate it overnight so that I can frost it today, but now I took it out and its HARD AS A ROCK! HELP- any suggestions? any way I can make it soft again? defrost it?

Unless there's milk in it there's no need to refrigerate. Just let it sit on the counter; it will soften up again.

| Yea, adding a little bit of water and remixing it should get it going again. if you have a mixer maybe mix it that way to get it really mixed well.
