| I wouldn't..they have pretty different flavors not to mention texture. If it's just a glaze, like for salmon, it won't be too bad but in most things I would say to stick to what the recipe calls for.

Depends on the recipe... what are you talking about?
I have changed one for the other and didn't have a problem - remember terriyaki is a little sweeter.

| Thanks everyone. I needed for baked salmon. I ended up getting the terriyaki sauce on time.

It's not that you can't, but like others said, it's a little different taste. I like teriyaki much better than soy. _________________ Don't take whatever I say too seriously, this is entertainment for me .
