Tights, foot slipping out

Since a few years, high heeled or wedge peep toe shoes are very in the "trendy tznius" crowd here. I am looking for help to wear them without my foot slipping "out". I see women running around with toes out so I'm not the only one Laughing

Some put a sole inside but it makes the front of the shoe too small for me.

I have that problem too when I wear tights with high heeled shoes. You can try those little pads that they sell that go just under the ball of the foot, or those in back of the ankle. Or a piece of double sided tape on the inside of the shoe in the back by your heel.

Double sided tape, won't it just take the tight but the foot will come out anyway?

Try not to buy shoes with slippery soles. For the ones you already have, try something like this: http://www.amazon.com/PolyGel-Gel-Thong-Sandal-Insoles/dp/B004WN1BMC/. You'll need to buy the appropriate type for your shoe, of course.

Edit: tights may reduce the friction enough that your foot still slips. Try footless or toeless tights.
