can include any size kitchen item from a garlic crusher to a self cleaning oven..
(it's presents time around here and curious what kind of cooking/kitchen things are out there that I could use...)
Mine is my Alligator! I use it almost every single day. It was for sure my most well worth kitchen item.

Immersion blender!
I love it b/c it has a mixer and small food processor attachment (which is great b/c then I don't have to lug out the regular food processor for smaller jobs - which is almost daily). I use the immersion blender for soups almost every day. It's such a convenient item.

| I guess its not really a gadget but my favorite thing is, this tiny air tight cansiter that holds salt, and it comes with a tiny spoon so I can measure, I keep it next to the stove and its probably the handiest thing.

that IS interesting.....
I don't make choices well, but I do like the chopper I bought for DD years back for $5, it's a teeny tiny grinder!
I like my dishwasher a lot....I adore my microwaves naturally....
I like almost anything that saves me time!

I'm actually gonna say that I have too many kitchen gadgets to choose a favorite one.
I have pressure cookers, small chopper/grinder, hand blender, hand mixer, and what nots. _________________ [url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/weight-loss/wCJdhBs/]

OMG. . . I need an alligator!!!!! I've never heard of it before, but I cut at least one onion (usually more) daily and I've always wanted something that would make that a lot easier. Too bad it's not available at Amazon.com.
Maybe BB&B has them!!!!

I wish I had a dishwasher.. I think hardly anyone in Israel has one, and my kitchen wouldn't even fit one if I wanted it.
If I had it, that would FOR SURE be my favorite!

I love my hand blender that I use daily to make soups.
and I love my pread machine - challah is so easy to make- 1-2-3!
I just bought a silicone basting brush- haven't used it yet,I never wanted to buy a reg. brush because they are impossible to clean, but when I saw this one in the dollar store it looked so easy to clean, so I "splurged" .99 for a pack of 2 (one small and one large)!

It's so easy - just take out the immersion blender attachment, click on the wide round piece, and that part fits over the plastic container that's used for the food processor. (Just make sure the blade is inside the plastic container).
