Paris - place (hotel) to stay for Shabbos

Hi, my in-laws are coming to Paris in a few weeks, and are looking for a kosher hotel where they can stay for Shabbos. They can buy their own food, but would like to be close to the Jewish community so can go to shul, etc. I saw names of hotels in previous threads, but no info on whether they are in the eiruv, have non-electronic keys, etc.
If anyone can give me more info, that would be great!

Also, does anyone know of any Jewish historic tours of the area? My father in law loves that type of stuff.

I can't answer any of your questions.

But I spent shabbat in the Marais a few years ago when I was single and had the most amazing time. It was the Jewish quarter of Paris and is now a trendy area of sorts. It's super central, but not Jewishly central. I left the key at the hotel and walked all around Paris without a dime on me (or anything else) over shabbos. It was amazing. Then I walked back when I was insanely thirsty and had to go to the bathroom.
