| I would like to serve a cauliflower/potato soup on Yom Tov. It is a plain white color. How can I garnish it for a pretty presentation?

| I would do a sprig of parsley, and maybe a few parsley flakes on top -- not enough to affect taste, but to add some color.

| Not extremely fancy, but I like the look of mini-tri colored croutons. The plus is that it also adds a crunch to the soup.
