I have a meeting with a nefesh benefesh representative next week to discuss job possibilities in Israel. I would like to bring my 3 month old with me as she doesn't take a bottle and I have barely left her with a babysitter yet.
Is that inappropriate?

If your baby is quiet, then no, it's fine.
I have a 9 month old and she goes with me everywhere... medical appointments, shiurim..etc. I took her to a web marketing seminar earlier this week (yes, I was the only one there with a baby). If the baby isn't disruptive, I think it's fine.
One thing I try to do if I'm going out, is to keep the baby up for a little while before I have to leave and get her nice and tired and (hopefully) she falls asleep on the way to wherever I'm going and sleeps through. _________________ See my ad to buy pregnancy tests and ovulation tests in Israel for a great price. http://imamother.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=136877&highlight=pregnancy+tests

It depends on the person you are meeting, also you can never tell what will happen with a newborn (IME!)
At first I thought it would be fine but then thought I wouldn't do it.
I would have someone look after the baby outside so I wouldn't have to leave the baby too far from me.

| I don't think it's inappropriate, considering you're just meeting NBN rep so it's not like you're going for a job interview. But for your own sake (ie so that you can concentrate on information), I would definitely make a back-up arrangement just in case your baby makes it difficult for you to concentrate. Is there a friend or a relative or a babysitter you can ask to come along and maybe wait closeby?

I think you can just ask them, as it depends on the type of meeting your having with NBN.
I know we had a personal aliyah "meeting" and it was very relaxed, casual and would have been fine to bring kids...just know you only have a limited amount of time with the rep before the next person comes in and if your baby is crying for half the meeting, the loss is yours really, because they cant meet with you any longer, the next person is waiting and you havent had that much time to meet.
We recently had our meeting with the Jewish Agency, though, and you really shouldnt bring your kids to that. Its very long, you need to fill out a bunch of paper work (hard to do holding or nursing a baby) and you really need to be focused on what is going on between you and the JA rep.
