My ds for some reason when he's done using the toilet, he gets the front of his pants, underware and shirt, tzitzes full of urine. Sometimes I have to change him twice a day. He claims it doesnt happen in school bc they have dif toilets. I dont know if this makes a difference but his pe*** is on the small side so it does not hang over the toilet when he goes. ANy suggestions?

No idea why this would be happening but I suggest you keep an eye on him and go along to the bathroom whenever he needs to go, teach him to pull his pants down low enough and to hold up his shirt and tzitzis. Hopefully he'll get into the habit after a while.

Huh? I don't know what you mean by "hang over the toilet when he goes. Sorry to be graphic, but it's like a water gun. It goes where you aim it, doesn't matter how big it is.

He needs to learn how to roll up his shirt and tzitzis. That makes it easier for kids to keep them dry. They shoudln't be just hanging there.

I don't get the pants. Aren't they down around his ankles? How would the different toilet make a difference?

Check if he's actually done urinating. Go with him and watch his pattern at home. My ds pees in spurts. It comes out, then he thinks it's over, then some more comes out within seconds.
Also, are you sure he's not wet at school also? Maybe it just dries by the end of the day.

Does he perhaps have hypospadias - when the opening is at the underside instead of the tip? That would cause him to urinate downwards and completely incapable of aiming into the toilet bowl.

(To the poster whose son urinates in spurts - that might also be a symptom of hypospadias). Have him checked by your pediatrician. It can be easily corrected with outpatient surgery.
