I'm looking for a strong internet filter, such as a white list, but both Yeshivanet and Koshernet are so expensive.
Anyone have or heard of a reasonably priced whitelist filter?

If you have multiple computers a network router with parental controls might be your best bet. It's a one-time expense and you have complete control over it.
This one lets you configure parental controls to block all websites then allow only specific ones (whitelisting) for all or specific computers:

| K-9 is the best and free, you can set it yourself to only allow certain sites and block everything else.
