I read in that it is good to eat foods high in DHA when pregnant and nursing. and DHA enhanced eggs were one of the foods listed. I have a few questions:
do eggs need a hechsher?
are eggs labeled Omega3 the same thing? if not where can I find them? (I saw the omega3 ones at trader joes, do they sell them in regular supermarkets too if these are the ones I should be looking for?
