ISO any experiences with the allkids office in Skokie

I stopped getting insurance cards for ds after we moved. I corrected our address with the program and still nothing. I think I need to go in person. When is the best time to go? I went once in the afternoon and it was a zoo so maybe when they open? I also need to find out why my insurance is no longer valid.

you may want to call the ccf and speak to rivki alter or the chicago center and see how is their person with an "in".

Rivky alter has been great with us. When things were taking to long and werent making sense with getting my baby onto insurance she called up "her guy" whose in the system and he was able to look up and see what the issue is and tell us what to do.

She would also know what you have to do regarding address changes.

The CCTC also has someone. I dunno which person but if you call the office im sure they can send you to the correct person.

Thanks. I was thinking of that but I felt a little akward but I think I will have to get past it. Id rather not spend a whole day off waiting in line.

Rifky Alter was spectacular when we were having issues getting signed up. She was so nice and so helpful I would also recommend calling her.

If you want to go to the office, you need to show up there at 7am and wait for them to open.
