Puff pastry recipes for kids

Any ideas of slightly healthier puff pastry recipes that my kids might actually eat? I suggested bourekas, but good chance they won't eat most of the vegetable-filled ones, and I don't just want plain potato or cheese.

Anything "different" I could do with them? I thought about filling them with sauce and cheese, but again, not really so healthy with nothing else in them.

Milchiks preferred, but I'm willing to listen to fleishig recipes just in case one of them sounds like something we would love! I'm imagining making a pizza (with toppings) out of the dough, or something.

How about pizza wheels? With pizza sauce, cheese and olives, roll it up jelly roll style, then slice it into wheels.

I do it with kasha and potatoes.
