Dear Family, Friends and Business Acquaintances,

Yanky Ostreicher has been unjustly incarcerated for 10 months in Palmasola Prison (Santa Cruz, Bolivia), one of the most notorious prisons in the world. Our elected officials, while being aware of the situation, have not been doing much other than receiving updates from the family.The situation has gotten progressively worse and we are now in dire need of government intervention.

We are asking you to please take a few minutes out of your busy schedule to call the offices of the officials listed below and ask them to please step up their efforts in obtaining Yanky's release.

Im guessing he wrote Yanky in order that friends and family should realise who he's talking about, poor fellow!

Nothing. He was setting up a really successful business and the government decided they want it so they put him into prison. They accused him of money laundering and they have no proof. He has proof of his innocence but they have never given him a chance to show it to them.

Yeah I just read about it in the other thread.

Disgusting how much publicity Rubashkin gets for being guilty, and this guy is unheard of.
