Duck recipe from Ami before Succos (Etti Deutsch)

Does anyone have the recipe for duck that Etti Deutsch put into the Succos Ami issue?
It was one of the last recipes in the Whisk 100.
It was something like a 5 ingredient recipe - pour a couple of sauces and garlic over duck, cover and bake 3 hours.

Duck L'orange

1 whole duck
3 cups duck sauce
1 orange, sliced with peel intact
8-10 whole garlic cloves

Rinse, pat dry, and place duck in baking pan. Cover with duck sauce and sprinkle with orange and garlic.
Bake tightly covered for 3-4 hours at 350.
Spoon sauce over duck when serving.
