The last few photo books I've gotten from Snapfish, I have NOT been impressed with.

Does anyone have any other ideas for photo books OTHER THAN Snapfish?

Thanks.

Why weren't you satisfied with Snapfish? Which concerns would you like to address with a switch?

How about trying Shutterfly?

picaboo makes really nice photobooks! we tried them all and they came out the nicest! They are a bit more pricey then snapfish or shutterfly but its worth it!

The pictures came out pretty dark, even though online my pictures did not look like that... their paper quality was also inconstant.

I was happy with their price (since we got on sale), but I was expecting some better quality photos.

I just made a photobook on mixbook. Haven't ordered it yet, but loved all the control they gave me to make it the way I wanted.

I was not satisfied with picaboo or snapfish's quality.
If you don't mind paying a little more for AMAZING quality, http://www.adoramapix.com is the way to go. My photographer friends all use them

Adoramapix is a Yiddishe company I think and they do great books.

Mixbook is amazing as well and they always have a coupon somewhere online.

Artscow.com
they are quite good, always offering free credits and discounts. It does come from China, so you have to wait a little longer than if it was snapfish, but they really do a better job than snapfish, in my opinion.

I agree that snapfish seems to dim the pictures. For prints, I have been very happy with shutterfly. I order books when I find great deals- shutterfly had been good for that too.

I like shutterfly. But most of my books I get free through promotions so I'm not too picky, but I do like them better then the ones from snapfish.

I have used Shutterfly a few times now. I like their photobooks, and am less than thrilled with the actual photos that I print out. I'm pretty sure that using "mypublisher.com" is what my super photo-smart husband has used in the past. If you want flexibility and to be able to make lots of choices and changes, go with that. If you want to have a lot of it suggested and formatted for you, go with shutterfly.

I agree with some earlier posts that there are frequent specials and deals, so I rarely pay full price for any of the products from these sites. Sign up now even if you don't want something now, because you may got an offer down the road that you'll want then!
