I bought very thin pieces of shnitzel (butterflied chicken breast) and very thin pieces of meat (they are the same width). I had an idea to put the chicken down and then the meat and roll it to make chicken meat rollups but I don't really have any ideas how to cook this except maybe with bbq sauce. Any other ideas? Has anyone ever done this before? Is it good?

| bad idea. chicken cooks much faster than beef.

a good recipe for pastrami chicken roll ups:
roll up pastrami in chicken and stick a toothpick in
sauce:
1/2 cup apricot jam
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
pour over chicken and bake for 1/2 hour uncovered and 2 hours covered at 350
