No option for "I thought this was the most un-real looking mother who does it all" commercial / tribute.
It did nothing to me but make me feel a little bit sick to my stomach.

I agree! I probably would have been more moved if it would have been a more realistic looking "mother who does it all".

Shabbat why sick to your stomach? it's simply a commercial for tea while trying to hit a good note by praising mothers =harmless (in my humble opinion)

Totally not emotional.
The whole mother thing was so put on for the camera common which mother seriously looks like that when she bakes and sits down for a tea???!

Wow it is really nice but I think I'm too young to appreciate it with only one child so far. I can't really relate but I did almost cry it was really beautiful.

Why sick to my stomach? Because the commercial (by the way, where is this commercial aired?) was so unreal to me. This woman, who does not have a hair out of place, her clothing with immaculate, that white shbbat dress, to me, was over the top. Everything was just too perfect that I thought the message that they were trying to portray just got lost. The message of the mother who does all, well, sure, there are such women, but that commercial was very not believable to me.
It gave me no emotions but nausea.

I agree with you shabbat most of us mothers don't end up looking so glamorous but it was a film ad for tea, they most probably wanted a professional overall look ( simply guessing) and allowed the mom character to look glamorous. I found it to be rather sweet, did you at least wanna drink tea?
