Very. If you have any other specific questions, I'd be happy to answer them.

The Bosch Universal Plus mixer is the friendliest Challah mixer available, very satisfied with it! BTW they came out with a sifter attachment for the plastic bowl and it works very well. So glad I purchased it.

Happy! But I find the white plastic bowl a bit difficult to clean. I wish I would have kept the one from my original (40 yr old!) Bosch. I was told by the company -too late- that they are compatible.

I just purchased it and I really love it. I never had a bosch machine before so I don't know if it's better then the old one.

I've had my universal plus since December. So far I've made gf bread, challah, reg. bread, cookies, brownies, cakes, frostings - haven't done meringues yet. I am supremely pleased.

I have the universal plus with the metal bowl, use it for Challos, batters, doughs, ice cream and am extremely satisfied with it!
