| The Bosch Universal Plus mixer is the friendliest Challah mixer available, very satisfied with it! BTW they came out with a sifter attachment for the plastic bowl and it works very well. So glad I purchased it.

Happy! But I find the white plastic bowl a bit difficult to clean. I wish I would have kept the one from my original (40 yr old!) Bosch. I was told by the company -too late- that they are compatible. _________________ Moshiach Now!

| I just purchased it and I really love it. I never had a bosch machine before so I don't know if it's better then the old one.

I've had my universal plus since December. So far I've made gf bread, challah, reg. bread, cookies, brownies, cakes, frostings - haven't done meringues yet. I am supremely pleased. _________________ Rivka

| I have the universal plus with the metal bowl, use it for Challos, batters, doughs, ice cream and am extremely satisfied with it!
