My operating system is Windows xp, its a Dell Vostro laptop.

According to properties, I have:

Pictures- 265 MB, 558 files
Documents- 642 MB, 1148 files

No videos or music.

Where can I get something in BP, and what product?
Am I better off getting something on Amazon, and if yes, what product?

Are you saying you want something to back up your files?

yes, the warranty on my computer is about to expire and I want to restore to factory settings to make it more efficient, with the help of a Dell technician, while Im still on warranty.

Can I get something cheap in BP, or do I have to order from Amazon or something?

Just buy a thumb drive, or also known as USB Drive, Get at least 2 gig. Just googling quickly they run about $5.

Do you have any other programs that you installed on your computer? DO you have the backups for that to reinstall them?

Have you tried cleaning up your computer, removing unused programs, deleting temp. files etc. before going back to factory settings, that seems kinda drastic to me.

Smeone told me I can buy something cheap in Focus or Rite Aid and have it for future use, when needed.
