I would. Kids are cute dressed up like that for weddings. I made a tuxedo jacket-with tails-for ds when he was 2. He looked adorable. _________________ If you're gonna be blue, be bright blue!

I wouldn't.
I'd rather my kid be comfortable.
Also I think 2 is a little young - kinda ridiculous looking. For a 4 yr old it's cute.

| if I would want to take him for more than 10 minutes or so,(mazal tov and get a picture) then I would dress him in his usual shabbos clothes, or nicer, but the same format.

| I would - It would look really cute for pictures and if he isn't comfortable you can always take the jacket off after pictures.

first of all, there is no need to defend yourself. I didnt attack you.
secondly, the answer to your question depends on if your question is economical/practical/peer pressure/beauty/comfort for both you and your child.
you say the price is no problem.
you say it is cute.
that rules out two issues.
is it practical? it will stay fit snugly on him, not fall off but not too tight? not difficult or expensive to clean?
is it comfortable for your child?
you get the picture. when you know the answers to all the questions, you will get the answer what to do.
youre allowed to take him till the end(I dont know why you thought I implied otherwise), and dress him in whatever you like.
mazel tov, and enjoy
