honestly, tif mo is the "typical" neighborhood school where most people go. This means there is a huge mix of people, such as yeshivish from kew gardens, and more mainstreamed from KGH. many chofetz chaim kids to.

yeshiva ketana is more yeshivish, frummer. most kids there have payos behind their ears, no tv etc. though there are many yeshivish in tif mo to.
yeshiva ketana is much smaller

I have the same question if anyone has anything else to add?

Are the rebbeim warm and caring in both places? Did anyone switch from one to another and has been a parent in both schools? Is the communication between parents and school good and open?

Thanks!

Don't know anything about Yeshiva Ketana but I have a few nephews in Tiferes Moshe and I think it's a great school! Some of them are typical kids, some above average, and some with issues, and TM has been great with all of them. I've been to some of their things (siddur plays, graduation, etc) and always get a great feeling, the principals greet everyone personally and even remember my mother (student's grandmother) from previous times when she comes to these things. The kids seem to be happy and learning a lot. Very warm caring feeling all around. My siblings (parents of students) are very happy with the school for their boys. As previous amother said, there is a great mix of "types," no snobbery at all.
