| just went to donate blood for the first time. my weight was ok, iron level ok, ate well and drank before, I exersize regularly. but when they put the needle in they said my vein wasnt strong enough to hold the needle and the blood wouldnt come out. any tips or ideas to strengthn my veins so I can give blood?
