Picked “Shrimp”
Another email goodie
2T Old Bay seasoning or make your own, see below
1 lb defrosted mock shrimp
Half tsp celery salt
1 cup oil
Third cup lemon juice
Quarter cup fresh parsley leaves, finely chopped
1T salt
2 crushed cloves garlic
12 dried bay leaves
Half onion, sliced
You combine your ingredients and let chill overnight.
Old Bay Seasoning:
2 tsp Pepper
1 T ground Bay leaves
1 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Celery salt
1 tsp Ginger
