We just moved to our home and dh wants to make a little get together. But Ive never been to one and don't really get it. What happens at a channukat Habait?

I dunno but let me know when you find out. I moved a few months ago and we still haven't made one but DH is planning one for chanukah...

The way I have always seen it there are a minimum of 10 men who recite special prayers. The rest is up to you...what you would like to serve as far as food

I actually asked my rav. He said no requirement to anything but it's good if dh can put the last mezuza.
