I would like to buy a ipod now on black friday.
If you have one, which one do you have? how much did you spend? where did you buy it.

Want to be able to compare it on black friday

Between everyone in our family, we own every kind of ipod.

Shuffle- $50- no Black friday sale, generally used for exercise, gym
Pros
small and portable
includes clip
Cons
only 2 gig memory
no screen
only holds music

Ipod nano- $150-$200
on sale black friday for $130 plus $30 giftcard ($100 after giftcards)
It's about the size of an ipod shuffle and I am always losing it! It has a touch screen and is fun to play with. It does not play video or havee games.
Pros
has a clip
includes music and photos
touch screen
Cons
small
basically an upgraded shuffle
no video or games
Target has it on sale for $129 and a $15 bonus giftcard.
Ipod Classic around $250 I think- no black Friday sale
Pros
very durable
has a lot of memory
cons
click wheel is old fashioned and at times annoying
screen is small

Size can be a pro or con, it's about the size of a deck of cards

Ipod Touch $200 and up depending on how many gig. There are sales on this ipod on black Friday

has games, video, music, camera, pictures, video, internet access and access to apps

Cons
it's addicting
Toy's R Us is giving a $50 gift card with every ipod touch purchase, prices beginning @ $199.99.
Walmart is selling the ipod touch for $195
Target is selling the ipod touch for $195 and a $40 gift card.

I'm also looking into an ipod but my question is, is it worth it for black friday? with all the crazyness? How much do you save?!

You can save $50 if you shop around well, that's nothing to sneeze at.

is it possible to block internet on ipod touch?

does the ipod classic also have internet access? No one would have sales on it tomorrow online anywhere?

you can go into settings and block the browser, youtube, and installing apps. Also you can chnage the ratings so no game that is rated over 12 is allowed.

also internet only works with wireless.
