Just looking for advice and tips from mothers who work fulltime, have kids and also go to school. How do you do it? I currently have one child, age 3.5, who'll be 4 by Pesach. I'm thinking about going back to grad school next summer to finish my master's degree. I currently work fulltime and my job will most likely pay for tuition for my grad school program, so I want to take advantage of that. Plus I already took some units at another college and if I don't go back to school by next summer, my classes will get too old and I won't be able to transfer them. The program I'm applying to is completely online (from a very reputable public state school) and I would need to continue working fulltime while finishing my degree. I would have to work on classes/homework after my son goes to bed (7pm) and on weekends. If I plan it right, I think I should be able to complete the program by the end of 2013.

By nature, I'm not a very organized person, it's something I really have to work at. Some things I'm doing already to save time:

- Already have cleaning help 2 hours a week for big stuff (floors, kitchen, bathrooms), can't afford more than that
- Bake easy, quick dinners during the week
- Bake big batches ahead of time and freeze snacks, meals, shabbos stuff in my extra freezer
- Started ordering more things online to save trips to the store
- Just finished organizing my whole house (pesach cleaning will be easy this year!!), just need to finish some things in the garage, so by the time school starts that won't be an issue

I would appreciate any other advice, tip, stories... etc. I have a habit of taking on too much and burning myself out. I've been very careful about that for the last 5 years, which is why I haven't returned to school earlier. But I'm at a point in my career where work and family life has stabilized. My son is on a good sleep schedule and big enough now that he can entertain himself if I have to do school work while he's awake. Plus, I'm not planning on getting pregnant in the next 2 years. After that, we definitely want to try for at least another child, but there's no way I could handle school and being pregnant again. Also, my husband is still in school finishing his bachelor's degree and he'll probably also be done in 2013.
