| I have a recipe for this but the oven is supposed to be on high temp (maybe 500) and I'm making someone supper tonight so I'm gonna have my oven full & don't know if I have enough time to do this seperately. Anyone have a different recipe on a lower temp (up to 400)? Also, if I'm using frozen cauliflower does it have to defrost first?

The recipe I have calls for the temp to be 350. I've never used frozen cauliflower so I don't know the answer to your second question.
popcorn cauliflower
1 head cauliflower
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp turmeric
6 TBSP oil
first put all the spices into a ziploc bag. shake up.. add the oil.. shake up.. and then add the cauliflower.. shake again till its all coated.. bake covered at 350 till its soft (like an hour)

I did a search for popcorn cauliflower since I know I've seen it on this site before and the recipe
listed there called for the temp to be 450 and baked for 35-40 min uncovered. Also the dressing was
listed for 2 heads of cauliflower but I would find that it didn't coat it well for 2.
I haven't made it in a while but I plan on making it now for Shabbos.
