I bought the ready presidor canolis, I want a yummy ice cream which is thick enough to syringe into the canolis, anyone have something?

I'd go with this one. Beat the ice cream until stiff as directed. Pipe into canolis. Freeze overnight.

Can also be done in food processor fitted with the snow attachment.
But mixer is best.

No. But the liquid whipped topping needs to be whipped like a snow, per directions.

Thanks again ra_mom, I just filled 80 canolis and the whole thing from making the ice cream to filling took 15 minutes.
